Maintenance Manager for BC — DTK Maintenance Management

Privacy Statement

Last updated: June 19, 2026

This Privacy Statement explains how DTK Maintenance Management ("the Extension"), published by DYNASYS, handles data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. We are committed to transparency about how the Extension interacts with your data.

1. Data Accessed

The Extension accesses the following data within your Business Central environment: machine and equipment records (asset registry); employee records (for maintenance team assignment); maintenance activity records and work orders; material and inventory records (for parts usage tracking); cost data (labor and material costs per activity). All data accessed is limited to what is necessary to provide the maintenance management functionality.

2. Data Storage and Transmission

All data processed by the Extension remains entirely within your Business Central environment. The Extension does not transmit, export, or store any data on external servers owned or operated by DYNASYS. Your Business Central data stays within your Microsoft 365 / Business Central tenant and is subject to Microsoft's data protection agreements with your organization.

3. Email Notifications

The Extension sends email notifications for activity assignment and completion events. These notifications are sent exclusively through Business Central's built-in email framework using your organization's own SMTP or email service provider configuration. DYNASYS does not have access to your email configuration, recipients, or notification content. No third-party email service is used by the Extension.

4. Telemetry and Analytics

The Extension does not collect, transmit, or store any usage telemetry, analytics data, or diagnostic information about how you use the Extension. DYNASYS receives no data about your usage patterns, feature adoption, or performance metrics.

5. Data Retention

The Extension does not control data retention. All data stored by the Extension is part of your Business Central database, and data retention is governed entirely by your organization's policies and your Business Central configuration. You may delete maintenance records, machine records, or any other data at any time within your Business Central environment.

6. Your Rights

Since all data is stored within your own Business Central environment, you have full control over accessing, correcting, exporting, and deleting your data within the Business Central interface. If you have questions about how the Extension handles your data, please contact us at info@dynasys.tech.

7. Third-Party Services

The Extension does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or external platforms. All functionality is provided natively within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The Extension has no dependencies on external services beyond the Microsoft Business Central platform itself.

8. Governing Law

This Privacy Statement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes relating to this Privacy Statement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Republic of Turkey.
