This notice explains how Dynasys Workflow, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension published by DYNASYS (Istanbul, Türkiye), handles data. The extension runs entirely inside your own Business Central environment.
1. Data the Extension Reads
To follow your orders through the workflow, the extension reads Business Central data, with the permissions of the user or process running it:
- sales orders, posted sales shipments and invoices, and their customers or contacts;
- production orders, their lines and components, and reservation and order tracking entries;
- users, their names and e-mail addresses (User Setup, user and contact cards), to assign work and send notifications;
- the base calendar, to count working days.
2. Data the Extension Stores
The extension stores in your Business Central database: your workflow setup (departments, members, templates, stages, tasks, gates, reason codes), sales projects, trackers, tasks and their assignees, comments and @mentions, activity history, attachments and links, notifications and the e-mail log. This includes personal data such as user names, e-mail addresses and anything users write in comments or attach.
3. Storage and Transmission
All data stays in your Business Central environment. The extension does not send data to, or store data on, any server owned or operated by DYNASYS. It loads no content from the internet: its user interface is packaged with the extension.
4. E-mail
If you switch on e-mail notifications, messages are sent through the e-mail accounts you have set up in Business Central, to your users' addresses, by your own e-mail provider. DYNASYS does not receive these messages.
5. Licensing
The extension is licensed through Dynasys Licensing, installed with it. The licence key and the list of licensed users are stored in your Business Central database and are checked there; no licence check is made over the internet. Request a License opens an e-mail in your own mail program, containing your company name, your Company License ID and the products in use. It is only sent if you choose to send it.
6. Telemetry and Analytics
The extension does not collect or send usage telemetry, analytics or diagnostic data. DYNASYS receives no information about how you use the extension or about your data.
7. Retention and Deletion
Data stored by the extension is part of your Business Central database and is kept under your organisation's policies. Read notifications are deleted automatically after 60 days (configurable in setup). Projects, tasks, attachments and history are kept until you delete them. Uninstalling the extension with its data removes all of it.
8. Your Role and Your Rights
Your organisation decides what data is processed in its Business Central environment and is responsible for it under applicable data protection law (such as KVKK or GDPR). Because all data remains in your environment, you have full control over access, correction, export and deletion, using Business Central's standard tools and permissions.
9. Third-Party Services
The extension does not integrate with third-party services or external APIs. It uses only Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and, for e-mail, the e-mail accounts you configure there.
