Information We Collect
We collect personal information when you voluntarily submit our contact form: your name, email address, company name and message. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect data about your visit — the pages you view, your approximate location (country and city), your device and browser type, and an online identifier stored in a cookie. We do not collect personal information through any other means on this website.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing purposes, sell it to third parties, or retain it beyond the period reasonably necessary to address your request.
Analytics Cookies
Only if you accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_9Y0B6XFYR3, which are kept for up to 2 years, to tell visits apart; Vercel may set _vercel_jti. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. Advertising features are switched off, and no data is sold or shared with advertisers. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; when you withdraw your consent, the analytics cookies are deleted.
Third-Party Processors
We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox; Vercel (vercel.com) to host this website and, where you have consented, to provide analytics; and Google (Google Analytics), where you have consented, to measure how the website is used. These providers may process data on servers outside Türkiye, including in the United States. Each processor handles data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable data protection law.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to and resolve your enquiry. Google Analytics data is deleted automatically after 14 months; Vercel Web Analytics data is retained per Vercel's data retention policy. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@dynasys.tech.
Your Rights
Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about the purposes and recipients; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion or anonymisation of your data; and object to processing.
