This Privacy Statement explains how Visual Analytics for BC ("the Extension"), published by DYNASYS, handles data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. We are committed to transparency about how the Extension interacts with your Business Central data.
1. Data Accessed
The Extension reads the following data from your Business Central environment to power dashboards and visualizations: financial ledger entries and account balances; sales and purchase transaction data; inventory levels and item records; dimension values used for filtering and segmentation; any other Business Central data configured as a data source for your dashboards. The Extension accesses data in read-only mode for visualization purposes.
2. Data Storage and Transmission
All data processed by the Extension remains entirely within your Business Central environment. Dashboard configurations, chart definitions, and all underlying Business Central data are stored in your Business Central database. The Extension does not transmit, export, or store any data on external servers owned or operated by DYNASYS.
3. Dashboard Data and Caching
Dashboard data is read directly from Business Central tables and may be cached temporarily within the Business Central session for performance purposes. This caching occurs entirely within your Business Central environment. No data is cached or stored outside of your tenant.
4. Telemetry and Analytics
The Extension does not collect, transmit, or store any usage telemetry, analytics data, or diagnostic information about how you use the Extension. DYNASYS receives no data about your dashboard configurations, usage patterns, feature adoption, or the Business Central data you visualize.
5. Data Retention
Dashboard configurations and all data stored by the Extension are part of your Business Central database. Data retention is governed entirely by your organization's policies and Business Central configuration. You may delete dashboards, configurations, or any related data at any time within Business Central.
6. Your Rights
Since all data is stored within your own Business Central environment, you have full control over accessing, correcting, exporting, and deleting your data within Business Central. If you have questions about how the Extension handles your data, please contact us at info@dynasys.tech.
7. Third-Party Services
The Extension does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or external platforms. All functionality is provided natively within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The Extension has no dependencies on external services.
8. Governing Law
This Privacy Statement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes relating to this Privacy Statement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Republic of Turkey.
