When you submit the contact form on dynasys.tech, we process the following personal data: your full name, email address, company name, and the content of your message.
Purpose of Processing
Your personal data is processed solely to evaluate and respond to your enquiry submitted via the contact form. It is not used for any marketing, profiling, or other secondary purpose.
Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, provided by ticking the consent checkbox on the contact form, in accordance with Article 5(1) of KVKK (Law No. 6698).
Data Recipients and International Transfer
Your data is shared with Resend Inc. (United States) solely for the purpose of delivering your message to our inbox. This international transfer is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 9 of KVKK. No other third party receives your personal data.
Retention Period
Your personal data is retained only for as long as is necessary to fully address your enquiry, and is deleted upon request or when it is no longer needed.
Your Rights under Article 11 of KVKK
As a data subject, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about the processing; learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly; know whether your data has been transferred to third parties domestically or abroad; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; request deletion or destruction of your data; request that third parties who received your data be notified of any correction or deletion; object to decisions made solely by automated means; and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
