Personal Data Processed
When you submit the contact form on dynasys.tech, we process the following personal data: your full name, email address, company name, and the content of your message. If you accept analytics cookies, we also process online identifiers stored in cookies, the pages you visit and how you use them, your approximate location, and your device and browser information.
Purpose of Processing
Your personal data is processed solely to evaluate and respond to your enquiry submitted via the contact form. It is not used for any marketing, profiling, or other secondary purpose. Analytics data is processed only to measure and improve the use and content of the website.
Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, provided by ticking the consent checkbox on the contact form, in accordance with Article 5(1) of KVKK (Law No. 6698). Analytics cookies are used only on the basis of your explicit consent given in the cookie banner; you can withdraw it at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Data Recipients and International Transfer
Contact form data is shared with Resend Inc. (United States) solely to deliver your message to our inbox. If you accept analytics cookies, usage data is transferred to Google LLC (United States) for Google Analytics and to Vercel Inc. (United States) for Vercel Web Analytics. These transfers abroad are carried out on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 9 of KVKK. No other third party receives your personal data.
Retention Period
Your personal data is retained only for as long as is necessary to fully address your enquiry, and is deleted upon request or when it is no longer needed. Google Analytics data is deleted automatically after 14 months.
Your Rights under Article 11 of KVKK
As a data subject, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about the processing; learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly; know whether your data has been transferred to third parties domestically or abroad; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; request deletion or destruction of your data; request that third parties who received your data be notified of any correction or deletion; object to decisions made solely by automated means; and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
